By engaging with Netlynx.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Terms
  • All payments made to Netlynx.com are considered final unless explicitly covered under this policy.
  • Payments may be made in INR (₹) for Indian clients or USD ($) for international clients.
  • Applicable taxes (e.g., GST in India) will be charged as per local regulations.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the same currency and via the same payment method used during purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your service by submitting a written request to billing@netlynx.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations received less than 7 days before renewal may not prevent the next cycle’s billing.
  • Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email within 2–3 business days.

2.2 Non-Payment Cancellations:

  • Accounts overdue by 15 days or more may be suspended or terminated automatically.
  • Restoration of suspended services may attract a reinstatement fee.

2.3 Cancellation by Netlynx.com:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of our Terms of Service, misuse of platform resources, or non-payment.

3. Refund Policy

Our services involve professional time, digital assets, and third-party integrations. Therefore, refunds are applicable under limited circumstances as detailed below:

3.1 Hosting & Cloud Services

  • Eligible for a pro-rata refund if the cancellation request is received within 7 days of activation and technical issues remain unresolved despite reasonable support efforts.
  • Setup fees, domain costs, and configuration charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfer

  • No refunds are issued once a domain is registered, renewed, or transferred.
  • Domain operations are processed in real-time and are irreversible.

3.3 Web Design, Development & Custom Projects

  • If cancellation is requested before project commencement, a full refund minus administrative charges (up to 10%) may be issued.
  • Once the project has started, refunds will be issued only for unutilized phases not yet initiated.
  • No refund will be made for work already completed, design drafts delivered, or third-party integrations purchased on the client’s behalf.

3.4 Digital Marketing, SEO & Maintenance Plans

  • These are non-refundable services due to the continuous nature of the work.
  • Cancellations will prevent future billings but will not entitle you to a refund for the current cycle.

4. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

  1. Email billing@netlynx.com with your invoice number, payment proof, and detailed reason for the request.
  2. Your request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days:
    • For Indian clients – via bank transfer or original payment gateway (INR).
    • For international clients – via PayPal, credit card, or original payment gateway (USD).

Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services delivered in full or substantially completed.
  • Delays caused by client-side dependencies or communication lapses.
  • Domain names, SSL certificates, plugins, premium themes, or third-party software licenses.
  • Change of mind or change in business strategy after project initiation.

6. Dispute Resolution

Before raising a formal dispute or chargeback, clients are encouraged to contact our Billing Support Team at support@netlynx.com.

We aim to resolve all genuine issues amicably and promptly.

7. Policy Modifications

Netlynx.com reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
